AGM SUNDAY 14th SEPTEMBER 2014

We are pleased to inform you that our 2014 BSM UK AGM has been arranged to take place on:

Sunday 14thSeptember 2014 from 10.30am. to 4.45pm.

At: Shree Krishna Mandir, 10 Beverley Road, BOLTON. BL1 4DT

 You and your family members are cordially invited to attend. We would also like to request you to invite your sisters and daughters together with their families on our behalf to join us. This is an ideal opportunity for you and your family to learn more about our Gam and to get to know your fellow Bodalias here, in the UK.

This is an ideal opportunity for us to discuss and debate current issues and plan for the future. Furthermore we would like to update you on the current affairs from our Gam.

AGM and Sammelan are self-funding events and, as in the past, we sincerely welcome any donations for the food and items for raffle prizes.

1.00pm – 2.30pm Lunch
2.30pm – 3.00pm Open Forum – Q’s & A’s
3.00pm – 4.00pm Entertainment
4.00pm – 4.30pm Raffle Draw & Vote of Thanks
4.45pm Close

General Appeal:

We ask each NEW working member of your family and those who have not donated to date to consider making a once in a lifetime donation of £100 towards our Endowment Fund. This will help achieve our development goals for the future. Your donation will attract a Tax refund, adding another £25 to our funds. Please do seriously consider donating this year as every little donation helps to improve facilities in our Gam and make Bodali “Simply the Best”.

Cash or cheques will be gratefully received at the AGM or cheques posted to our secretary.
