We are pleased to inform you that our 2016 BSM UK AGM has been arranged to take place on:

Sunday 18^th September 2016 from 10.00am. to 5.00pm.

At: Shree Krishna Mandir, Old Meeting  Street, West Bromwich,B70 9SZ.

 You and your family members are cordially invited to attend. We would also like to request you to invite your

sisters and daughters together with their families on our behalf to join us. This is an ideal opportunity for you and your family to learn more about our Gam and to get to know your fellow Bodalias here, in the UK.

This is an ideal opportunity for us to discuss and debate current issues and plan for the future. Furthermore we would like to update you on the current affairs from our Gam.

AGM and Samelaan are self-funding events and, as in the past, we sincerely welcome any donations for the food and items for raffle prizes.

PROGRAMME FOR THE DAY

General Appeal:

 We ask each NEW working member of your family and those who have not donated to date to consider making a once in a lifetime donation of £100 towards our Endowment Fund. This will help achieve our development goals for the future. Your donation will attract a Tax refund, adding another £25 to our funds. Please do seriously consider donating this year as every little donation helps to improve facilities in our Gam and make Bodali “Simply the Best”.

Cash or cheques will be gratefully received at the AGM or cheques posted to our secretary.

We thank you most warmly and sincerely for your continued support and look forward to meeting you at our AGM.

ઍન્યુઅલ જનરલ મીટિંગ તથા જાહેર સભા – રવિવાર, ૧૮ સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૦૧૬

સુજ્ઞ ગામવાસી ભાઈઓ તથા બહેનો – સાદર નમસ્કાર!   

અમને જણાવતા આનંદ થાય છે કે આપણા મંડળની ૨૦૧૬ની ઍન્યુઅલ જનરલ મીટિંગનું આયોજન નીચે પ્રમાણે રાખવામાં આવેલ છેઃ

રવિવાર તાઃ ૧૮ સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૦૧૬ના રોજ સવારે ૧૦.૦૦થી સાંજના ૫.૦૦

સ્થળઃ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ મંદિર, ઓલ્ડ મીટિંગ સ્ટ્રીટ, વેસ્ટ બ્રોમવિચ ખાતે યોજવામાં આવ્યું છે.

આપને તથા આપના કુટુંબીજનોને આ જાહેરસભામાં પધારવા અમારું હાર્દિક આમંત્રણ છે. વધુમાં આપને અમારી નમ્ર વનંતી છે કે આપણી બહેનો અને દીકરીઓને સહકુટુંબ પધારવા મંડળ વતી આમંત્રણ પાઠવશો. આ આપણા માટે એક સોનેરી તક છે, કે એક છત્ર હેઠળ આપણા ઘણા ગામવાસીઓને અહીં UKમાં મળી શકીશું.

આ મળવાની એક આદર્શ તક છે જેમાં આપણા ગામમાં થતી પ્રગતિ અને અન્ય ફેરફારો અંગે વધુ માહિતીઓથી વાકેફ થઈશું, ભવિષ્યની યોજનાઓ અંગે ચર્ચા–વિચારણા કરી શકીશું, તેમજ એકબીજા સાથે પરિચય પણ વધારી શકીશું.

મંડળ તરફથી “રૅફલ ડ્રૉ”ના ઈનામો માટે ભેટસોગાત સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે.

ઍન્યુઅલ જનરલ મીટિંગ અને સમ્મેલનનો ખર્ચ સ્વેચ્છાએ આપણા પોતાના ખર્ચે યોજવામાં આવે છે, અને પાછલાં વર્ષોની જેમ, અન્નદાન તથા રૅફલ પ્રાઈઝિસની વસ્તુઓ માટે દાતાઓ તરફથી ભેટસોગાત સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે.    

કાર્યક્રમની રૂપરેખાઃ

જનરલ અપીલઃ

અમે આપને વિનંતી કરીએ છીએ કે તમારા કુટુંબમાં કામ કરતા યુવાન ભાઈ–બહેનો કે જેમણે અત્યાર સુધી “એન્ડાવમેન્ટ ફન્ડ”માં ફાળો ન આપ્યો હોય તો તેમને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે આ ફન્ડમાં જીવનપર્યંત £100 આપી, ભવિષ્યમાં ગામની પ્રગતિને વધુ વેગવંતી કરવામાં મદદ કરો. તમારા £100ના દાનમાંથી £25નો ટૅક્સ રીફન્ડ પણ મળશે.  આપનું નાનામાં નાનું દાન આપણા ગામની સુવિધાઓમાં સુધાર અને બોદાલી ગામને એક “સર્વશ્રેષ્ઠ” ગામ બનાવવામાં મદદ કરશે. કૃપા કરીને આ વર્ષે દાન આપવા માટે ગંભીરતાથી વિચાર કરશો.

આપના દાનની રોકડ રકમ અથવા ચેક એ.જી.એમ.માં સહર્ષ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે, અથવા આપ તે સેક્રેટરીને પોસ્ટ પણ કરી શકો છો.

અમે આપના નિરંતર સાથ અને સહકાર માટે આપનો આભાર વ્યક્ત કરીએ છીએ. એ.જી.એમ.માં મળવાની આશા સાથે.
